Congratulations!!!! My favorite patterns for boys are still the baby sweater from Last minute knitted gifts. I knit one in bright orange for my nephew and he looked soooo cute in it. I would also buy Itty Bitty Hats if you haven't already. I've knit several of the Rainbow Marley hats and also the turtle hat. My nephew loves to wear them.
When he's about 18 months, I'd start to lay in a supply of matchbox cars. My nephew thinks my purse has a never ending supply. :-)
