Quick knit

This is the new hat for my dad, modeled by McDreamy, because he has a huge melon head.

Less-than-one skein of Skacel Divine (70% baby alpaca, 20% silk, 10% cashmere) on US 7 16" circs. This was my first time using such teeny tiny circulars! They were so cute! I liked them. The pattern is my generic hat pattern -- cast on some stitches, knit 15 rows of 2x2 rib, switch to st st, do pretty decreases at the top. (yes, these decreases are PERFECT.) (Stop laughing.)

Your decreases rock. I love the spiral. WHO said you can't count?
