I have fallen into a sort of knitting Twilight Zone, where no matter how many 357-stitch rows of 1x1 ribbing I knit, I never make any progress. I am stalled at 3 inches, but I need nearly 5 inches more. One more inch (that's 8 rows, if you're not in my black hole) and at least I can switch to larger needles and stop paying obsessive attention to how many inches I've knitted.
With luck I should have a finished sweater to show you by the end of the week.
